Pre-heated Solar Water Heater(QJF-E/ QJF-EH)

 

Work principle:

One copper coil is installed inside the tank as the heat exchanger. When water flows into the copper coil, it absorbs the heat of the water in the tank via the copper coil therefore the water tank is just a heat storage tank.

1.      Inner tank: stainless steel SUS 304-0.5mm

2.      Vacuum tube: QB-AL-N/AL-58-1800

3.      Outer tank: Colored steel 0.5mm/ Stainless steel SUS304 0.5mm

4.      Frame: Galvanized steel-1.5mm/ Stainless steel SUS-1.5mm

5.      The material of insulation: polyurethane 60mm

6.      The reflector: aluminum component; AL 99.85% surface oxidation; stainless steel

7.      Copper coil: diameter 12mm, thickness 0.8mm
